The Franchise Package

The costs of acquiring an Ayton Global Research franchise vary slightly depending upon the territory and the manufacturing base. The investment required for a start-up franchise will primarily include an initial licence fee and a training fee. AGR, as Franchisor, delivers to the Franchisee a franchise package that provides everything necessary for an effective launch of the business. The essential ingredients of our package include:

Head Office Training Programme

This encompasses a five day residential training course at the head office in Somerset, England. It focuses on all the aspects necessary to operate an Ayton Global Research business. This includes sales and marketing strategy, developing comprehensive databases, the logistics of the operation, understanding the bespoke online system, operating all the functional aspects of the system, administration procedures and how to manage all queries.

Launch Programme

The launch programme will consist of a combination of various online technical and promotional activities to help instigate the generation of registered volunteers. It has no time limit, but has a guaranteed minimum level of 5,000 registered volunteers in most territories/regions.

Ayton Server

This relates to the development costs involved in ensuring that the Franchisee website system is fully functional in the appropriate country.

Administration Package

This is a range of all the branded promotional material/stationery that a Franchisee would require to operate the business and is constantly updated online.

Client Contact Database

A client contact list is made available as part of the Package.

Operations Manual

The highly valuable know-how and expertise relating to the complete Ayton Global Research business method is documented in a comprehensive and attractive manual. It represents the Intellectual Property Rights of Ayton Global Research as Franchisor and is made available online to the Franchisee for the duration of the franchise.

Licensing Rights

The Franchisee is granted the right to trade under the Ayton Global Research corporate identity and enjoy all the benefits of being part of an international company with the full back-up and support services of the Franchisor. ACORN provides the Franchisee with access to the bespoke software system. As such, it is the intellectual property rights of the Franchisor and is made available under a ‘licence to use’ agreement to the Franchisee for the duration of the legal contract.

Computer with Microsoft Office Professional, including (Adobe software, Access software, Excel and Word) laser printer, landline and Broadband connection, packaging material, office furniture and working capital as per personalised business plan.
